SimWB API Move all internal initialization code that used to be in the main function in CScripttmpl.c to the library libccur_CScript.a so that the user can write their own main script. Add API calls ccurSched_getSessionOverruns and ccurSched_getMaxOverruns to query the number of overruns occurend in the running session and the maximum # of overruns allowed.
